Oral Hygiene Routine
Brush your teeth twice a day for 2 minutes with fluoride toothpaste.
Floss or use an interdental cleaner once a day.
Rinse with a therapeutic (non-alcoholic) mouthwash once daily.
If your bristles feel to hard replace them with softer ones as the hard bristles can damage your teeth,gums or dentures.
Dry Mouth & Oral Hydration
Sip water regularly throughout the day.
Use sugar-free gum or lozenges to stimulate saliva.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol, which can dry the mouth.
Diet for Oral Health
Avoid sticky or hard sweets.
Eat fibrous fruits and vegetables to stimulate saliva.
Limit acidic drinks like soda and citrus juices.
Drink fruit juices or prune juice as an alternative instead.
